is “litr” the name of a scientist?
for a example when we say this bottle is 2 litr. i mean is litr like amper and faraday?

Um, no. “Litr” means liter. It’s a metric unit of liquid measurement, like the fluid ounce. There is no “Dr. Litr” just like there’s no “Dr. Pound” Or “Dr. Foot” .
