Well, for one you could pick a topic thats interesting and also have lots of interesting details and facts to impress all of your friends. But then again I have no idea of what you are allowed to write about but I’ll give you some topic ideas from different subjects. For example if it had to do with music pick an interesting artist to talk about like Jimi Hendrix or John Lennon. If you had to explain what you did for summer vacation explain all the interesting things (if there are at all) like vacations or trips to interesting amusement parks or museums leave out all the boring uninteresting details that might bore you’re audience. But if you had to choose a specific time in history some potiential topics could be Alexander the Great, The Civil War, or WWI. Remember whatever you have to write make sure to have a wide vocabulary (to impress the teacher), proper grammar, and many interesting facts. Good luck.
