I need to know if you guys know about any bldgs. with domes, mosiac, or latin words! Pleas help?

You could contact the Islamic Society of Orange County in Garden Grove to ask about local mosques (which would be likely to have both domes and mosaics). http://isocmasjid.com/index.htm
You could also contact the local Roman Catholic diocese to ask about churches that might feature domes, mosaics and latin inscriptions. http://www.rcbo.org/site/index.php
Sometimes government building also have these features- perhaps an older city hall or capital building or county seat? A little googling on this could go a long way.
