For instance, not stealing is a positive characteristic in our society, yet Native American youths stole horses from other tribes to prove themselve and gain respect, are there other examples of good character in one society that is bad character in another.)

Hope this helps get the ball rolling. You can state your papers objective directly or indirectly in the opening, or use a suspense method of building up to the conclusing and stating it in the last sentance.

Look for concrete examples whenever possible. Washington and his Cherry Tree for example.
There are certain qualities that make a good person, well.good. I’ve always thought selflessness and loyalty made someone well rounded and if they’re honest it is even better. Finding truly good people is a hard job in this chaotic world we live in but I have some traits that will help weed out the bad ones from the good.
So use something like that and if you can’t think of anything just b.s. it.
