More context would be nice. I wouldn’t go with the cliche opposition, like (insert loud or wild moment) it’s played out.
“It is the silence in times of _________” Use something where silence is critical. A tense moment or situation where everyone reading will relate to what you are saying. Where two things are being held in hidden contention. An instance where nothing more can be said and silence says it all.
Good luck. I could give you some examples… but it’s your poem. What is happening in your life right now that requires deep thought? Concentration? Your undivided attention?
