I highly doubt a college dorm will allow pets. If somehow it does, get rodent or rabbit, you can keep it in a cage and it takes very little maintainance. If you want bigger pets, try cat, they are very hygenic. I would not recommend dog cuz they stink and usually need plenty of space to live in which your dorm room probably won’t be big enough. I would not recommend having a pet in college.

Some good dorm food are junk foods. My favorites back in the days were hot pockets, microwavable burritos, chicken nuggets and campbell soups, all of which are microwavable.

I urge you NOT to get a pet.

You are majoring in veterinary science. From the get-go, you should act responsibly towards animals. Particularly YOU, since you plan on the make the care of animals such an important part of your life.

Pets will probably outlive your college life. Dogs and cats can live more than ten years. A rabbit can live six years easily.

Pets are not something you take on with little thought. They require attention and care. You don’t just get one on a whim, only to discard it when you feel like it.

The best thing would be to NOT get any kind of pet. If you are going to major in vet sci, you are not going to have time to care for an animal. Of course, it most likely will not be a problem cause they most likely will not allow you to have a pet.

Are you allowed to have pets? If so a bird, fish, or cat. The only furniture you may want is an easy chair. tv, comp. food is up to you.
