There is a mirror in the microscope that reverses and inverts the image you see ex- MOM on a slide would look like WOW when viewed under a microscope

I’m not sure if this will help but it is an article of the advantages of an inverted microscope over a traditional light microscope with one major difference being viewing living samples…..
