I don’t understand how to do this algebra question. Please help.?

The question states that you have to determine the vertices of the triangle, graphically. This means that you have to graph the three lines: y = x, y = 0, and 2x + 3y = 10. Once you graph all three lines (preferably on graph paper), you’ll find that the three lines will form a triangle. The idea is to locate the coordinates of the three corners (vertices) of the triangle using your graph.

To check your answer, the three corners of the triangle should be located at the following coordinates: (0,0), (5,0), and (2,2).

i could be wrong havent done maths in few years but

draw the equations as a graph

y = 0 , horizontal line at origin

x = y , positive diagonal line points (x,y) = (1, 1)…(2,2)…(3,3)..(4,4)

2x + 3y = 10 , get values for y from x = 0, 1, 2, .. and plot the line on graph…

get the points at which the lines intersect to form the triangle….
