How would you write an equation for?
-2 and 5 to be answers
and another for (2*the square root of 7) and (-squareroot of 7) to be the answers? I”m really stuck on these two

Work backwards:
If -2 and 5 are answers, then (x+2) and (x-5) must be factors.
So, (x+2)(x-5) = 0, and you can foil (multiply) this out:
x^2 -3x -10 = 0, that’s it.
You can do a similar process for the next problem.
