if you mean finding out what T= then its simple algebra 1.

3/8-1/4t=1/2t-3/4 then get t on one side only

3/8=3/4t-3/4 then add 3/4 to each side

9/8=3/4t then get t isolated by dividing both sides by 3/4

36/24=t then simplify

1 1/2 =t.

And the same with 3-4q=10q+10

3-4q=10q+10

3=14q+10

-7=14q

-1/2=q

but i dont know exactly what your asking. If you are trying to find q and t then glad to be help. If not sorry for wasting time.

Because I hate to deal with fractions, I would multiply them all by 8 (because it’s the least common multiple of all the fractions).

This now gives: 3 – 2T = 4T – 6

Now solve by adding 2T to both sides.

3 = 6T – 6

Add 6 to both sides.

9 = 6T

Divide by 6

9/6 = T

Simplify

3/2 = T

3 – 4q = 10q + 10

3 = 14q + 10

-7 = 14q

-7/14 = q

-1/2 = q

I would solve it by crumpling it up and throwing it in the trash and going for a walk in the woods, but maybe that’s just me.
