first, you multiply the numbers under the radical
√5 x √10
you get √50
this can be broken down into:
√25 x 2 (obviously)
that can be further broken down into
√5 x 5 x 2
since there are 2 fives under the radical, you can take out a five, like this:
5√2
thats the simplified form

5*100= 500 right so /5 */100+ /500 so the Square root of 100 is 10 so the /500 of is 10*/5
