for english, we have to make a 5-minute speech about who we admire. I choose the amazing Jesus Christ.
I need help on trying to make it interesting and even better, humorous for the class to love.

Who care’s if you offend someone else? It’s your speech and it’s about who YOU admire, not your classmates. Just have fun with it. Everyone is going to be just as nervous as you are when they give theirs. Also, they will admire your courage. GO FIRST. There’s an old saying: “the brain can only absorb as much as the butt.” If you go last, people won’t care what you say, they just want to get the class overwith and leave. Talk about the more popular stories. People can identify them more and will be more likely to be interested.

you have to start with a claim that will hook your audience in. you also have to keep in mind that everyone doesn’t believe is jesus so be careful that what you say doesn’t offend anybody.
