How to cite quotes?

Go to a library and type up his name or look for a book full of quotes. Borders has a billion of them.

* how to find sources not on Internet, when many real world sources might exist both on Internet and in real world
* how to ask in class other than from teacher
I can’t figure out the last one.
When citing sources, you need to
* make it obvious what text is from the source and what is from you
example: QUOTE How to cite quotes? UNQUOTE
example: You asked “How to cite quotes?”
* identify the person and/or publication where you got the quote
* identify the circumstances of the quote … was it part of a speech, an interview, in a book
* if from a publication or printed source … identify the publication, publisher, date of publication, maybe chapter page #
* if from an Internet source … give url, plus name of organization that has that url
How to find sources outside the Internet, with or without the Internet’s help.
You need to learn how to use the resources of a public library … you do know what a public library is don’t you? you do know how to find them in your home town? Your school may also have a school library.
You need to learn how to use an Internet search engine … go to any one of them & key in “search engine” which will get you to other search engines and to internet sites about how to use them
You need to learn how to find and use reference materials … some at library, on Internet, but they can be found other places
