But for here, they created an information system that kept track of the vehicles that were ordered by the dealers nationwide. With that information, they knew how many, what kind of engines, fenders, windows seats, everything..what to build, ect. Before that, they build what engines they thought they needed and often overestimated. The engines would sit out in the rain and snow and get damaged. Then these engines would get installed in the cars and give the dealers warrenty headaches. Afterward, when they managed their information better, they build only enough for each car sold, and the rest is history, they got out of bankruptcy.

They can start by building TRUST. Once they build trust they will sell more automobiles, create new jobs and better serve their customers.
