you really need to work on the body of your report and then find keys points you think the actual audience needs to be introduced to the area of interest. if it’s a scientific report then ask questions and make hypotheses in the introduction and tell how one might want to approach the experiment.

the conclusion is the final part which really needs to flow from both the intro and discussion in the rest of the paper. DO NOT say anything new and irrelevant not mentioned in the paragraphs before. might want to talk about what may be improved and what understanding you came to.
