how do i write a transcript…?
like…, what would I use for fillers, and pauses etc?? Im really stuck.
I have to write a transcript of a converstaion between me and a non-native speaker-tryin their best to speak english?!

huh? i dont know but i think you should get help from a local librarian or something.. they seem to know how to handle these sort of things.

NO she didn’t blame Regan or anybody. In fact her whole speech was to point out that this was the act of one mad man and should be treated as such. I’m not a fan of hers either but she’s not dumb enough to blame Regan on this. Her speech was actually very good if you can get by her voice.

if there is a pause, you simply write pause. If there are more than one person talking and you cannot understand it you could notate it with (not understandable). If you just cannot hear you can write “inaudible”
