How do I get in a good writing “Mood”?
First off I wish to state that this question is NOT about writer’s block. I do a good job at finding things that I want to write about. What I wish to accomplish is sustaining a momentum whilst I am writing. Has any one here ever heard that “if it is boring to the writer, it is boring to the reader”? That is what I am experiencing. Sometimes, I have no interest in continuing a piece that I am writing, because my good writing mood just does not stay with me. I still write things that interest me, but even then, at times, my momentum just doesn’t get started. Are there any tricks that you use to grab your reader’s attention, and keep the flow of language on the paper going? If so, please answer this question. Thank you
