You can make magnitized water by mixing hot and cold water together in a glass or plastic bottle with a flat surface. You have to take two magnets and put it together against the side of the bottle or put a north or south magnet on the bottom of the bottle. It can be used for many injuries such as burns, scraps, and cancer. It also helps plants grow stronger. Oil can also be magnitized and used for massages.

Water is a bipolar molecule. If u have a strong enough magnet you could attract or repel water but I don’t know about actually magnetizing water

Chem is not my strong suit, but it would seem that an iron solution would work as your conductor. You could try running a current through it at that point and seeing what happens… use proper safety equipment though! Don’t want to electrocute yourself. Use batteries for your electrical source, the voltage is lower. I’ve no idea if this will work… good luck.

Sorry – I think you’re confused. I don’t believe a ‘magnetized water’ exists. Magnetism is associated with the polarity of ferrous (iron) molecules.
