I am supposed to write a story for my english class, but I don’t know what I should write about. It’s supposed to be a folk tale story for 8-13 year olds. I need a moral and something magical. Any suggestions?

talk about how someone owns something magical and cool and how some little boy wants to steal that thing but when goes to steal it he somehow realizes its bad and or illegal and thts the moral its bad to steal

How about a story about a story about a girl who was born on a island and was raised by her mom who died two years ago with the rest of her village. Shes the only one on the island left and has the power to control nature. One day As she was Looking for sea shells on a beach she saw a boat come closer not knowing that, that boat was the boat with her futere husband aboard. (The guy can be a prince of somthin)
Or somthin along that line.

How about a story about a thief that never gets caught because he can transform into anyone that is nearby the area he is thieving. In the end he gets caught because he transforms into someone who had recently gotten a scar that everyone else knew but the thief (thief didn’t notice the scar).
Moral of the story: eventually, everyone gets caught and will receive his justice.

ok i got one try about a boy or girl,you choose. then say something like he goes throught problems normal stuff like crushes, homework,friends and other ideas. and they live in a school were they have powers but connected to there emotions. i guess elaborate on that.
