so newayzz.. temme if its a contracts case and the company and property involved r both in delhi and the plaintiff filed case in city civil court delhi, on wht grounds does defendent challenge jurisdiction?? is the only ground the validity of a contract???

2nd, if the case is a contracts case wht r the issues i shud be takin up

shud they be wide issues lyk…whether the contract is avlid or not

or shud they be narrow one’s lyk whether the offer was a valid offer at a particular place and whether the acceptance was valid at a particular place

or shud these be part of the main issue.. whether the contract is valid

and wht shud i be spkin?? the arguments or issues or wht all????
