How does vitamin C content of packaged orange juice compare to freshly squeezed?

i am in 11th grade. i need something good. if you have any other ideas i would like to know thanks 🙂 but for this project i need to know:

how would i measure the vitamin c concentration???

You have to use a process known as titration to find the volume of vitamin C in a predetermined volume of orange juice. The ratio of those two volumes would give you the concentration of vitamin C.
