Well, you could talk about different things.

For example, you could make the essay about why your friend is so special. In your intro, introduce your friend, and summarize the three reasons you are going to give in the 3 body paragraphs. Use the three body paragraphs to expand on the 3 reasons. Use the concluding paragraph to summarize all your ideas (without repeating word for word the intro paragraph and without adding any new info)

intro should be about when and where she was born and who her parents are ,,you know background ,,so we know who your writing about..

next you tell us about how she got to where she is now,her interests, unforgettable moments ,favorite places and people,and who she would most like to meet. ..

then comes the future plans and end with the conclusion ,hope this helps …
