ok..2a^-5 is equal to 2/a^5 and 7b^-5 is equal to 7/b^5..then if 2/a^5 is divided by 7/b^5 then it is equal to 2b^5/7a^5 or b^5/3.5a^5 because the you should get the reciprocal of the divisor and the multiply it to the dividend..the equation goes like this:

2/a^5 x b^5/7 = 2b^5/7a^5

The answer is either 2b^5/7^5 or b^5/3.5a^5

2a^-5 / 7b^-5 = 2 / a^5 x b^5/7

= 2b^5 / 7a^5

= (2/7) x [ b/a ] ^ 5

Hope u understand, simplify it by by using the divide sign then change it to multipy n invert the 7b^-5 .
