Help my kid! She needs these answers! Any help will be most appreciated!?

Ok I’m not sure exactly what the question is asking but here it is….

Evaluate the exponential expression. Write your answer as a fraction in the simplest form.

(2 over 5) ^-3

(-10)^0 x 1 over 3 ^-3

11^-2 x 0^9

-9x(-9)^-3

4 over 5^-2 x^7

(-10x^-15 over x^-15)^-5

This will help ALOT…. thanks! These are just a few but we just want to get the hang of it and we’ll do the rest on the worksheet… thanks again… AND THIS IS THE HOMEWORK SECTION SO DON’T PREACH!

1. (2/5)^-3

Distribute the power.

2^-3 / 5^-3

Since the exponentials are negative, they are swapped from top to bottom and bottom to top

5^3 / 2^3 = 5 * 5 * 5 / 2 * 2 * 2 = 125/8.

2. ((-10)^0 * 1)/3^-3.

Any number to the 0 power is 1.

(1 * 1) / 3^-3.

Again, swap the number with a negative exponent to the opposite.

3^3 * (1 * 1) = 3 * 3 * 3 = 27.

3. 11^-2 * 0^9

0 to any power is equal to 0

11^-2 * 0 = 0.

Remember, since the 11^-2 is on top, it’s really 1/(11^2).

Still, it would be (1 * 0) / 11 * 11 = 0/121 = 0.

(2/5)^-3 = 1/(2/5)^3 = 15 5/8

((-10)^0x1)/3^-3 = 1/(1/3^3) = 27

11^-2×0^9 = 0

-9x(-9)^-3 = -9x(1/-9^3) = -9x(-1/729) *I’m not sure if you mean x as in multiply or as a variable….so this is the best I can do for you*

(4/5^-2)x^7 = 100x^7

(-10^-15/x^-15)^-5 = ((1/10^15)/(1/x^15))^-5..this is the farthest I could get..I’m sorry >.<

for the first one, you do (2/5) times -(2/5) times -(2/5) times -(2/5)

those ^, or “carrots” are the same thing as saying 2 to the third power (2^3) which means you multiply 2 times itself three times.
