Talk about the importance/significance of your school colors.

Talk about the different sports and athletic teams at your school and how hard they work and play throughout the year.

Talk about how well your school does in academics and STAR testing and such.

Talk about the good lunch program.

When I looked up the word pride in the dictionary I found this: (state pride’s definition). If that word can describe anything, it would be our school. When I walk down the halls of our school, I feel a sense of connection towards the people that I don’t even know! Our school colors (whatever they are) represent who we are as school and when we where them to tailgate (or pep rallies or whatever you do) It looks like a sea of (whatever colors they are). When the basketball, football, or even academic team does well at a competition, I know that those were my friends and classmates out there giving it their all and doing thier best. Some alumnists come back even today and talk about how great their high school years here at (whatever highschool you go to). A sense of pride rushes through me when I think that so much in this building with my piers has changed them; Merrium Webster may have the textbook answer for pride, but I have the actual one: (whatver your school name is).

Stuff like that.

Make sure you make the essay so other underclassmen would love to go there 🙂
