You need to define domain and range but I can tell you this much.

For real values x cannot equal 4 because division by 0 is undefined

And x cannot be less than 4 or the square root of (x-4) is imaginary; not a real number.

Therefore x > 4

Also, as x approaches infinity h(x) goes to -0

And, as x approaches 4, from the positive side of 4, h(x) goes to negative infinity.

Therefore -infinity <= h(x) <= -0 or zero(minus)
