Assuming that the 1st term is x cubed, and the 2nd is x
squared, then
f[-2]=-[-2]^3-2[-2]^2-[-2]-3
=8-4+2-3
=3.
f[0]= 0-0-0-3
=-3
f[2]=-[2]^3-2[2]^2-2-3
=-8-4-2-3

depends what that 2×2 is in the middle- if it is 2 times 2 then here are the answers:
f(-2)= 1
f(0)= -7
