Geography Homework. HELP!?

Why Do You Think Some Countries Have Higher Population Densities Thank Others?

If You Have An Answer Could You Dumb It Down Because Im Only In Year 8 And It Will Look Obvious If It Has Got Words I Dont Even Know What It Means Is.

Please Answer Before 21st September 2007 Because Thats When The Homework Is Due.

It depends on the culture. For example, the US has a high population density because it has food, healthcare facilities, and plenty of jobs. It also helps that we are in a good economic stand point. Which means that our money is worth a lot. I hope that is easy enough to understand.

OK, how about this?

Some Countries are more built up, with more housing than others. This will increase the density, as countries with less houses (and more open space) won’t have as many. Also Some countries are more appealing to live in, with higher Life Expectancy rates, or other attractive features.

Countries with higher population densities have more resources such as food, water and other things that can support more people. Food and water are the basics. Then there are resources like oil, gas or other things that people can sell and buy food with. If a country is rich in natural resources then it will support more people. Good luck!
