finding coordinates????! help please?
The coordinates of the midpoint of line ST are (-3, 5). The coordinates of S are (8,1). Find the coordinates of T.
how do i do this?? please explain

The formula for the midpoint is M(midpoint)=(X1+X2)/2 and M=(Y1+Y2)/2. Therefore if you plug things in you should get (for X)-3=(8+X2)/2 and (For Y) 5=(1+Y2)/2 Now if you simplify it should be (for X) -14=X2 (for y) 9=Y2 therefor the coordinates of T is (-14, 9)
