well for one researh your topic. military history duh…for two once you have your topic sentence it helps narrow your search… you can open with something along the line of “By the year 1969, the US govenement had become involved with the veitnam war. the had several offical reasons document for their entry which were widely dispute by our gov’t and our society in america. during the later years of the war was left with no choice but to withdraw from this war. the following is a detailed summary of how these event led from one to another.” there’s your opening paragraph. now for every sencence you need to google-and change the last sentence it will be easier once you have your info but research eash sentence and you’ll have an A+ paper. how did we become invovle? what were the different points of veiw? why did we withdraw and how? 3 main body paragraphs right there…remember to quote your sources, print a bibliography uses at least 2 books/encyclpedias as resources, and check grammer spelling ans use a thesuarous to replace common words. for example look up “therefore” in the thesuarous and found a more suitable word to keep from being repeatitive.

Good grief Charlie Brown, this is a difficult one.

Buy 1969, the war in Vietnam was not going a easy as the gov had expected. (Sound familiar). Buy 1969 we were not in the war to stop the spread of Communism, but had really changed out plan. HOW DO WE GET OUT OF THIS MESS???? Unlike WWI and WWII, Vietnam was not a war that everyone in our country wanted to be apart of. Instead of volunteers, there were deserters. Oh, And even Jane Fonda presented the most cruel act of treason imaginable. In 1969, everyone in the gov was trying to get us out. Most citizens wanted our boys to come home. So, our elected officials were afraid that they would not be re-elected if they wanted to continue the war. (Sound familiar)?. This was not a real war. We were not allowed to bomb trucks that were 5 feet off the Ho Chi mean HWY. Etc, so our hands were tied and we were not able to fight and do our job. For those of US THAT WERE THERE, WE WANTED TO FIGHT AND GET IT DONE. WE GOT INTO TROUBLE WHEN WE WOULD GET OUT AND DO BAD STUFF TO THE BAD GUYS. In WWII, we would have gotten medals for doing the same thing. I was there, I got shot and no one said thanks to me until 1999. Any questions???
