First think of the categories that you can use such as style, molarity, intended audience and others.

Make up a chart with classic on one side and trash on the other.

Fill it in with the names or the categories on the left.

Come to a conclusion based on what you have done. Convert the chart and you have an essay. The introduction could state that there are similarities and differences and the conclusion could be that after analyzing the similarities and differences that you feel that…. and give the reasons.
