english help!?

ok so i have to correct a paragraph with run on sentences and stuff and i just cant figure out this one! ok here is the paragraph:

If you want to watch a very different kind of water race, might find sailing races interesting, the first America’s Cup race in 1851 in England. In 1983, breaking a 132-year winning wtreak by American yachts. Australia won the cup, the yatch Australia II the defeat of the American yacht Liberty.

i just dont get it…please help me! thank you so much
