Do you italicize or underline book titles?
Or does it matter? The book is Dandelion Wine by Ray Bradbury. It’s not in a report or anything, I just need to put it on the front page of something.

It depends on your style manual. I’m going to assume it’s MLA. Underlining and italicizing are both acceptable; italics are preferred.
The person who said quotes is wrong. Quotes are for poems, short stories, etc. Short works.

I don’t think it matters but as far as I have noticed in our coursebooks and all, it is always italicized rather than underlined. So, I would rather suggest you to italicize the name of the book.

Neither, you should put them in quotes:
“Dandelion Wine” by Ray Bradbury

Should be in quotes. Magazine and Paper names are Underlined in MLA format (unless your instructor says it is ok to Italicise) and the title of a work ALWAYS quoted
