I definatly agree with the death penalty! I maybe old fashion but I still abide by the “Eye for an eye” rule. I beleive that if you are man enough to commit a crime you are man enough to recive the same crime upon yourself. I think that if the death penalty was to be abolished that there would be that much more crime in the world today. I beleive that some people have no place to go, so they resort to crime; just to get three hots and a cot. Some beleieve that life in prision is better then the life they are living now, so they will turn to crime to get that better life. I am pro-death penalty. I even think it should be enforced stronger then what it is today!

There’s two ways of approaching this problem. First, as an appropriate punishment. Second and most compelling, as a punishment that can’t be undone. Our legal system is far from perfect. As long as the accused is alive, it’s possible to undo a wrong verdict. Death shuts down all chance of justice. I oppose the death penalty because of the many cases I’ve heard of in which the wrong person was convicted.
