do i need two equations to solve this area problem…HELP?
Area of a rectangle = 2x^-3 – 4x^-2 + 6x^-1
s = length
2x^-3 = w
use this information to find “s” in terms of “x”

no. use long division. since area of rectangle = length * width, and you have width, you should be able to find length.
