Absolutely! Bernard Jensen did a study on this many years ago and wrote about it (with photographs) in his book “Rejuvenation & Regeneration”. There are picture of the webs without any influence, and then under the influence of different drugs, including caffiene and marijuana. It is very, very interesting.

Yes. The web or silk is produced by the spider, any toxins would have an effect on the compound and the weave or design.

if you are referring to the video that has been posted on to the Internet, that video is fake. However, I would imagine that the active ingredients that have psychoactive effects would have some form, just like these ingredients have an affect on the way humans think and work. it is interesting but i am not entirely sure
