Normally, the site needs to load no more than 30 seconds. As we know that people do not have free time in real life so they are in hurry while surfing web. In order to minimize the loading time, developer must use minimum graphics. And if developer wants to add graphics then that should be developed using flashy technology, such as swf files which are used for animations, and to create movie. These files are having less memory and get loaded in very short time without affecting loading performance.
