You could also go into how you would start programs that are designed to help educate people on how to live more responsibly, in terms of preserving the environment and promoting safer health practices within your community.

In more national terms, you could also write about how you might start a small organization that donates money to charities/poor children around the world. You could go about this by having bake sales, car washes, etc.. and donate all of the proceeds to those organizations.

There are a multitude of things you can do to help the world; some being small, everyday things, others that require more effort and motivation. It may not seem like such a big change at first, but once more people get on the band wagon, the results will begin to show.
