I’m from SC. I have lived in GA also. Right now I am living near Seattle, WA. I miss SC!!! It is hot and humid during the summer, but it does get cold during the winter in most parts of the southeast. There are great thunderstorms during the summer months. I miss those. Southerners love to eat. Charleston, SC has the best restaurants! There are grocery stores named Piggly Wiggly. Its not just a movie. If you like outdoors stuff, the coastal fishing is awesome. If you like to shop, there are lots of outlet malls. Good colleges…UGA, UFL, USC, Clemson, UNC, Duke, etc. There is a great tourist area around the Smoky Mountains in NC and TN.

It’s hot and humid, the population in general is poor and uneducated, and it is flat. Did I mention that it’s hot?
