Yes i can. I did it in 7th grade.
You can do it too…you can just use something like http://babelfish.altavista.com/
However if you’re translating into romaji (japanese words spelled out in english, not using characters), then it may take a bit longer.

Yes of course you can. It’s the same as if I was writing a Russian poem and I had to translate it to English.
I have heard a Japanese guy recite a poem by Blake. He said it in Japanese.
