Can people help me find GOOD sources on my topic? Please?

“Introduction (including background information which must include a minimum of 5 sourced facts from the internet on the topic and your thesis statement concerning how you think the poll will turn out and why!”

TOPIC: Should welfare payments be stopped after two years?

Also, I’m the worst writer in existence.

I really need help on my English and well, this is for my Economics class.

It’s an assignment where I had to go find 40 people and interview them on this topic.

And well, I really need to keep my grade up so I really need your help!

All I want are sources — good ones. -__-

YOU WILL HAVE MY GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION!

Please and thank you so much!

You may want to contact a social work professor at a local college/university to interview them and perhaps some of the more advanced students. Then talk to an innercity pastor, perhaps some of the parishoners/congregants who are on welfare and find out why they are or some who used to be and no longer are and ask what changed. Your topic is really steeped in a lot of socio-economic issues. good luck.

Welfare breeds more welfare. Had years of experience with the old food stamp program. If you are unfamiliar with the food stamp program I suggest you look it up. It was badly abused by recipients. They would sell them to crooks for pennies on the dollar and use the money for booze and drugs and would stay on the program for their entire lives and never consider work as an alternative. Present program is better. However, my solution is, feed the children and let the adults starve or work. The best I remember, Lyndon Johnson was the architect of our current welfare system and it has done nothing for most except make welfare addicts out of recipients. Suggest you look up,and find, and understand the architects, reasons for our welfare system. Do a chronology of who, why, and when, and results.
