Choose an area about 120 sq.cm. Make equilateral polygons starting from a triangle going up to a decagon. Also make a circle. All must have the same area. This can be made out of thick Bristol board.
On each write the area and perimeter. Show that for a given area the perimeter decreases with increasing number of sides and is minimum for a circle, which in the limit is a polygon with infinite number of sides.
You can embellish the shapes with coloured patterns.
