Regardless of where one lives, divorce should be available when a marriage has broken down to a point that it is irreconcilable. It is always a difficult idea to accept where there has been a very strong tradition of marriage being to death, especially in countries where religion is very important.

wait till abortion becomes legal, then expect that divorce thing…

kasi nag iintefere/nakekealam ung simbahan eh, which they should not be doing because according to the constitution “the church should not interfere in the state” Declaration of Principles ata un. kung hindi ako nagkakamali Article1 Sec__ (3 ata)

yes, because a lot of women suffer because of a failed marriage that they kept trying to reconstruct. a lot women suffer abuse because they can’t get away with their husband because there’s little support from the government with such cases. you didn’t have to stick to a marriage that isn’t working even if you tried everything. and some might be happier apart than being together 🙂

im a filipino and i say yes. what’s so wrong about it. why would they need to part ways if they are meant for each other? what benefit would it give if they wont legalize it, at least we could give benefits if it’s legal..

yes! it should never be illegal to divorce someone, because they may just not have been your soulmate.
