Although I strongly commend you on your methods of teaching, its highly uncommon for a teacher to be without at least one fault. Your fault lies within your assigned teachers assistant. In my opinion I believe that the students could have benefited in the classroom just from your expertise alone. Your assistant Willow lacked the experience needed to accurately convey any subject matter. Her Inexperience was very noticeable and I often disproved of her conducting classroom lessons or discussions. She tried very hard to emulate your style of teaching, but often her teaching resulted in confusion and disdain.
