PE is really boring?

I understand that the schools want to promote exercise, but seriously, one period every other day (that’s what it’s like in my school) isn’t going to convince the lazy people to start. People that want to stay in shape will stay in shape, those that don’t, won’t.
I have never been much of a P.E. person…I sometimes just ran away from the ball. Some of the games annoyed me a lot…Volley Tennis was a nightmare for me. LOL.
It doesn’t live up to its name anyway. Half of the people are standing around during this so called, *PHYSICAL EDUCATION*
I did enjoy walking the track though…and a little bit of basketball with a friend…hockey was kinda fun…
I sometimes wish the school would offer a nature walk class…or yoga…or rock climbing…
Just try and enjoy the positives. This year, I am in dance class for P.E. and it is nice to spend the time in a cooled off room instead of out in the hot sun…you might wanna try it out if they have that at your school…
Just look on the bright side…At least you only need it for 2 1/2 years! At least, that’s the requirement where I live!
