Yes, I was a boy once, now I’m 61 years old. My advice is “Respect Yourself”. Boys are great, High School romance is a lifetime of memory’s, but you are their to achieve grades, grades that will move you toward a successful life. High School boys will just be memories in 4-5 years. Make those good memories surrounded with respect for yourself. High School boys will tell you lies just to have their way with you, don’t fall for it. If a boy respects you he will honor your wishes, and finally, don’t fall for the old “If you really Loved me you’d do this or that” its all garbage. Remember with boys, their thrill is the Chase, once they caught you, the interest will fade. Good Luck in High School, work and get on the honor role. Make your parents proud.

No, really, in high school take time to get to know people (guys and gals) before you upgrade a person to “friend” status. Make sure the person(s) are stable (not changing friends every week ’cause you want your friends to be people you can count on for the long haul). Make sure they’re trustworthy (if they’re gossiping about others then you can’t trust them with your own secrets/feelings). And make sure they are cool with your family (moms usually have a great way of seeing through kids’ facades). Only then, if a guy passes the friend test might you upgrade him to “potential boyfriend” status.

At my 16th birthday party I had 9 guy friends and 1 gal friend. Guys just liked hanging out with me because I didn’t play the usual “girl mind games”. We were all just great friends.

Forget boys, have fun you dont need one to tie u down especailly in high school when there are a lot of parties with a bunch of hots guys..im not saying go and b a slut but have fun ur too young…

Don’t be too obsessed with them. Seriously. If you find a nice one, go ahead and go for it, but don’t spend your high-school days worrying about them.
