Will going back to college for management benefit me, while working as a manager?
I’m a high school grad & make 41k annually as an assitant manager in a retail store. If I return to college & earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Management while continuing work where I am for experience. Will it be worth it? Will I find a better job with more pay?

I’m certain that you will move up in your company or find a better paying job if you further your education. If you don’t continue your education you can expect to achieve the position of retail manager but it is unlikely that you will move beyond that position. Good luck!
