First of all scholarships are not base on Nationality but on your graduation class rank and GPA for instance scholarships are awarded to people/student @ the top of there graduating class like 15%-25%.

I don’t know. BUT SCHOLARSHIPS LIKE THAT ARE SO DUMB! It’s being racist. Can I get one for being white? No. If it was the other way around, it wouldn’t fly. They would be like “OMGOSHHH that’s racist against minorities!!!”
