To contine to be eligible for Feder Financial Aid you have to meet what they call Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). To stay above SAP you have to have a 2.0 GPA, it’s that simple. If you drop below a 2.0 for one semester then the following semester you are still eligible for aid but are on SAP Probation. If you are still below a 2.0 after your SAP probation semester, then the following semester you are ineligible for any federal student aid.

well I’m at FSU and their policies state that if you slip below a 2.0 then you lose all financial aid federal and school sponsored, however there are some programs that require you to stay above a 2.8 to keep your financial aid. It depends on the program you are in under financial aid.

a million. i don’t comprehend approximately financial help. 2. specific, GPA is often weighted by credit. So this is greater helpful to get an A on a 4-credit classification and a B on a three-credit classification than an A on a three-credit classification and a B on a 4-credit classification( GPA-clever) you ought to offer greater attempt to training that are concerning to what you ultimately choose to do, however, as long as your GPA is otherwise nice. Failing your historic previous of artwork classification won’t complication your employer almost as much as failing mechanical engineering might in case you have been a mechanical engineer.
