You have to either pay your tuition in full for every semester you’re enrolled, or have some kind of a third-party statement saying that some outside source (scholarship, loans) will cover the tuition.

Technically, you can pay your tuition for 4 years in advance. Some schools have a policy where you can lock in your tuition rates. Typically your tuition will increase from one year to the next (it can go up between the two fall and spring semesters), but usually it goes up between school years. However, if you have the cash you can pay your tuition for an advanced year at the current years rate. If you don’t go to the school then of course you get reimbursed, but assuming you enroll you could theoretically save yourself thousand by paying up front.

u pay each semester, but if you have the money for yearly tuition, it stays in your account and isn’t used until the next semester.

I’m sure it depends so I would call their financial aid office and ask. But they tend to tell you the tuition for the year but you pay by semester.
